Cancellation / Refund Policy

8 Ball Motorcycle Tires does not sell products online.  We do take deposits for appointments for services provided at one of our locations.  This deposit will be applied to the final total on your work order when we complete the service at our locations.  All prices shown are in US$.

Refund / Cancellation policy:

• At 8 Ball we do our best to keep our labor rates low, which means we need to be efficient with scheduling our time. To that end we require a $30 deposit for all appointments and schedule our tire technicians to be ready when you arrive. 
• We realize things change and we will do our best to accommodate any special circumstances or schedule changes.
• Please contact the location at which you made your appointment to reschedule or cancel your appointment if needed.
• All deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 4 hours in advance.
